Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective buyers and sellers using lead systems.
- Meet clients to understand goals and provide guidance.
- Tour properties, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and script-practice sessions.
- Collaborate with teammates to support team success.
- Counsel clients on pricing, staging, marketing and listing strategies.
- Continue developing real estate knowledge and skills.
