Job summary

The Utah Life Real Estate Group is seeking motivated real estate agents to join a PLACE-powered team. Based in Farmington and Salt Lake City, you’ll leverage mentorship, modern technology, and structured systems to build a successful, long-term career in real estate.

Offices offer in-house marketing and design services, daily live development sessions, and strong support for growth. Commission-based earnings up to $200,000 annually with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Active Utah real estate license.
Self-motivated, driven professional.
Able to work well with others; coachable and coach-focused.
Committed to continuous improvement and building a sustainable real estate business.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective buyers and sellers through lead systems.
Meet with clients to understand goals and provide guidance.
Tour properties, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and manage transactions through closing.
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
Attend weekly coaching, training, and script-practice sessions.
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
Counsel clients on pricing, staging, marketing, and listing strategies.
Continue developing real estate knowledge and professional skills.
