Qualifications

• Motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and great listening skills.
• Strong communicator with proven prospecting and lead generation abilities.
• Willing to learn scripts, dialogues and PLACE processes.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly team script practice.
• Join team activities per standards.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Consult sellers to convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging and listing services.
