Qualifications

• Motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and strong listener.
• Able to prospect, generate leads, handle objections and close.
• Excellent communication and service orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead gen weekly.
• Consult with buyers, sign buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers; manage listings.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology; conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments; participate in weekly coaching.
