Do you have a passion for real estate and a sharp attention to detail? We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support agents by managing administrative tasks, organizing property listings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members. Your excellent organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Graduation from PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
  • Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct 1-2 open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Engage in script practices according to team standards
  • Participate in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
