The role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while managing listings, showing properties, and guiding transactions from contract to closing. A valid real estate license is preferred, with regional knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in SD, MN, IA, WY or MT.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Education: High school diploma; a real estate or related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
• Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide insights on values and trends.

• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts and other documents, ensuring compliance.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients and promote properties.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Continued Education: Stay updated with laws, regulations, and market trends.
