Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wyoming, or Montana.
• Proven experience as Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on values and trends.
• Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and review contracts and documents, ensuring compliance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients.
• Build and maintain a network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated with real estate laws and market trends through education.
