Qualifications

• License: Real estate license in SD, MN, IA, WY or MT.
• Experience: Proven experience as Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication; organized and timely; proficiency with real estate software and MS Office; knowledge of local market trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Client management: build and maintain relationships to tailor solutions.
• Property listings: create and manage listings on platforms with accurate representation.
• Market analysis: conduct research to provide insights on values, trends, and opportunities.
• Showings and tours: arrange and conduct showings, open houses, and virtual tours.
• Negotiation: negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms.
• Documentation: prepare and review contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Marketing: develop strategies to attract clients and promote properties.
• Networking: grow network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Customer service: address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Continued education: stay updated with laws, regulations, and market trends.
