Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wyoming, or Montana.
• Proven experience as Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or related field is a plus.
