Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting property showings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of each listing.
• Support the preparation and execution of real estate contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers, building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with mentors to develop personalized strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Utilize company-provided tools to manage client interactions and track progress toward sales goals.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.
