Mark Spain Real Estate in the United States is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to handle 8-15 pre-qualified appointments per month. You will work with an inside sales team delivering ready-to-serve clients with no prospecting and no desk fees.

This commission-based role rewards high performance with uncapped earnings, with an early success bonus and coaching. You must have an active license (or obtain within 30 days) and be ready for evenings and weekends in a high-volume Tampa-area

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in last 24 months
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel within Greater Tampa-area territory
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Close deals from pre-qualified appointments provided by inside sales team
• Show up, serve clients, and close with support from the team
• Travel within the Greater Tampa-area service territory as needed
• Maintain high-volume production including evenings and weekends
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide them to listings

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Active Real Estate License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days and actively enrolled in licensing)

What Our Agents Earn

Average agents make: $70,000-150,000/year | Top performers can make $200,000+/year

Commission-only position. Uncapped earnings - splits increase with production. No desk, tech, training, or lead fees.

Early Success Bonus for new agents:

$2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining

What We're Looking For

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role - not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Tampa-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
