Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (enrolled in licensing)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in last 24 months
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel within Greater Tampa-area service territory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, coachable and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to discuss selling options and guide them to the right solution
• Close listings and manage transactions from contract to close
• Leverage inside sales team-provided pre-qualified appointments to maximize closing opportunities
• Utilize AI and technology tools to position pricing accurately and win business
• Receive coaching and guidance from leadership to drive growth and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Tampa-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
