Qualifications

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license - we\'ll help you get there.

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base.
• Host showings and open houses, with our marketing team behind you.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close.
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest\'s Success Track program
