Role Description

My client has multiple contract remote roles for a Real Estate Agents located within a number of major metropolitan areas across the U.S. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for closing property listings through direct pre-qualified leads provided by my client real estate company, and marketed through their online offer platform. Leads that convert to listings shall be promoted through client company platform, with costs & commissions being paid out of closed sale proceeds. All typical agent requirements are needed for success, and agent does not have to leave their current brokerage. It is expected that contractors will have +5 years experience closing listings and average of $3MM PSAs each of the last 5 years. Ensuring compliance with all real estate regulations within your area of coverage (State) as well as Federal (US Only) is a must.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete 3-Step Orientation and Master Training within 2-week time period.
• Experience in managing property listings, coordinating effective open house events, and coordinating property showings as needed.
• Strong negotiation and sales contract skills
• Ability to convert listing leads to listing appointments and listing agreements
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Valid real estate license in the relevant state

Helpful Knowledge & Experience

• Experience with residential property investment as agent or investor
• Experience working and converting "For Sales by Owner" to listing agreements
• A strong network across REI investor companies
• Experience working with distressed properties or probate situations
• You are and outside the box innovative thinker
• You want to change the game for U.S. agents & consumers alike
