Role Description

We are seeking dedicated Real Estate Agents for a full-time remote opportunity to build our brokerage in North East Wisconsin. This role entails guiding clients through the buying and selling process, offering informed insights on market trends and property valuation, conducting showings, and skillfully negotiating transactions. Comprehensive management of the sales cycle is required, including property listings, strategic marketing, and meticulous preparation of transaction documents. Requirements include:

• Active Real Estate License (we will assist and train with newly licensed agents)
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
