Role Description

This is a REMOTE role for a Texas & Florida licensed escrow The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing the closing process, verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with Texas state regulations, and facilitating smooth transactions. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing title searches, resolving title issues, preparing closing documents, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires close collaboration with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful real estate

transactions.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have an existing book of business. While it doesn’t need to be extensive, they should be able to demonstrate their ability to build and maintain client relationships. We are committed to supporting them in growing their book over time.

Qualifications

• Book of Business (required)
• Licensed Texas Escrow Officer (not required but preferred)
• Experience in managing Closings and performing Escrow duties
• Notary Public certification and familiarity with relevant documentation
• Customer Service experience in the residential real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of Texas real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency with title software and MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
