Role Description

Sun Cay Real Estate is growing and looking for motivated Florida‑licensed Real Estate Agents to join our Tampa Bay team.

This is an independent real estate sales opportunity for agents who want to grow their business while having the support of an accessible broker and collaborative team behind them.

Agents are responsible for developing and maintaining their own client relationships, prospecting and following up with leads, conducting buyer consultations and listing appointments, showing properties, negotiating offers, and guiding clients from initial contact through closing.

You’ll also have opportunities to participate in open houses, training, coaching, marketing initiatives, and team collaboration designed to help you generate more business and become a stronger agent.

Qualifications

• Motivated, professional, and coachable
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Willingness to prospect, follow up, and consistently work toward generating new business
• Commitment to providing excellent client service
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively
• Comfortable using or learning CRM, MLS, electronic contracts, and modern real estate technology
• Knowledge of the Tampa Bay market or a willingness to learn it
• High standards of integrity and professionalism

Experienced agents are welcome, but we’re also interested in newer agents who are serious about learning the business and putting in the work.
