• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales successin the real estate industry or a strong background in a sales-driven environment
• Personable and approachablewith excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesto guide clients through real estate transactions confidently
• Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively

• Reliable transportationand avalid driver’s licenseare required for property visits and client meetings

• Must be18 years or olderand eligible to work in the country
