Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, primarily based in Reno, NV, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Core responsibilities include preparing property listings, leading property tours, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of in-person client interactions and administrative tasks that can be carried out remotely.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (required) and proficiency in real estate regulations and practices
• Strong skills in Real Estate, Sales, and understanding of Real Property markets
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, focusing on client satisfaction and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Technology proficiency, including familiarity with real estate tools and platforms
• Previous experience in the Reno, NV real estate market is a plus
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate client schedules
