Intero Lake Tahoe is an independently owned and operated franchise of Intero Real Estate Services, serving clients throughout Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Reno, and Northern Nevada. As part of the HomeServices of America network, we combine the strength and resources of a nationally recognized real estate brand with the personalized service and local market expertise of an independent luxury brokerage. Our team is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience through professionalism, collaboration, and concierge-level service.
This is a unique opportunity for a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join Intero Lake Tahoe and work with signed buyer and listing agreements provided by our team. Rather than focusing primarily on prospecting and lead generation, this role is designed for an agent who enjoys working directly with clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting residential real estate transactions throughout the Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada markets.
On the buyer side, the agent will work with clients assigned by the team, including setting up and monitoring property searches, identifying properties that meet client criteria, coordinating and conducting showings, providing relevant property and local market information, attending inspections and final walkthroughs, and helping facilitate a seamless client experience throughout the transaction.
On the listing side, the agent will provide local, hands-on support for signed listings. Responsibilities may include placing signs and lockboxes, providing property access, meeting photographers, inspectors, vendors, agents or prospective buyers at the property, assisting with open houses and showings, and helping coordinate other property-related needs as they arise.
The agent will maintain timely communication with clients and the team, stay informed about local inventory and market conditions, and provide a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout every interaction.
