Role Description

The Real Estate Agent role at eXp Realty, LLC in Bettendorf, IA is a full-time, on-site position focused on guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting with potential clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating favorable terms while maintaining compliance with state and local regulations. The agent will research local market conditions, perform comparative market analyses, and maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications. This role also involves coordinating with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals, as well as providing ongoing customer service and follow-up to build and sustain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License in the state of Iowa and a strong understanding of Real Estate principles and practices.
• Demonstrated Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, close transactions, and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach.
