Shorewest is hiring in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to train new real estate agents with no prior experience required. We provide mentorship, leads, and a dedicated marketing team to help you start your own real estate business.

New agents benefit from a state‑approved pre‑licensing course and ongoing support as you work toward obtaining a Wisconsin real estate license. Compensation is 100% commission, with earnings typically ranging widely based on your effort and market.
