Key Responsibilities

• Execute proven prospecting systems (database marketing, open houses, networking, and digital outreach) to build a consistent pipeline of buyers and sellers.
• Consult with buyers and sellers through real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing.
• Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), conduct home walkthroughs, and host open houses.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage real estate purchase and sales agreements.
• Stay knowledgeable on local housing market trends.

Qualifications

• For New / Aspiring Agents: Active MA, RI, or NH Real Estate License (or actively enrolled in an accredited real estate pre-licensing course).
• For Experienced Agents: Proven track record of transactions with a desire to double or triple annual sales volume utilizing stronger leverage and systems.
• Comfortable learning and adopting digital tools, CRM systems, and real estate apps.
