You will manage leads from initial conversation through contract, maintaining accurate notes in our CRM and pursuing measurable results through coaching and proven systems.

High Visions Real Estate is looking for a competitive, driven, and coachable Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you will speak directly with motivated property owners, uncover their goals and challenges, evaluate potential opportunities, negotiate purchase agreements, and consistently follow up until a decision is made. You will be responsible for managing leads from initial conversation through contract while maintaining accurate notes and follow up inside our CRM.

This is a performance‑driven sales position for someone who enjoys competition, accountability, personal growth, and being rewarded for results. You will receive sales training, coaching, proven systems, and qualified lead opportunities—but your success will depend on your ability to communicate, follow‑up, handle objections, negotiate, and close.

Real estate experience is preferred but not required. We are more interested in proven sales ability, hunger, coachability, discipline, and the desire to become an elite closer.
