AKA Search Group in Naples, FL is seeking an Acquisitions Manager for a hybrid role with in-person appointments. You will handle incoming leads pre-qualified by our inbound team, convert them into sales, and coordinate warm handoffs to ensure excellent service.

This position offers a base salary plus commissions, with training provided and strong growth opportunities within a growing real estate investment firm.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years in sales or customer service.
• No real estate or industry experience required.
• Willing to learn about the real estate industry.
• Proven outbound communication skills via phone and email.
• Proactive and self-directed with initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Attend in-person appointments with prospective sellers to assess motivation.
• Make offers, negotiate, and contract both on-market and off-market opportunities.
• Communicate and maintain relationships with sellers and the team via phone, email, etc.
• Secure properties, affix lockboxes, and take property photos.
• Provide follow-up calls to prospective sellers who were unable to contract initially.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the position.
