Qualifications

• Experience with multifamily financing and low-income housing tax credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment valuations and present models to acquisitions team.
• Verify operating statements, rent rolls, audits; project asset performance.
• Maintain acquisitions pipeline and logs.
• Review state Qualified Allocation Plans and low-income programs.
• Prepare investment presentations for senior management.
• Complete ad hoc projects.
