Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of real assets and investment vehicles; real estate economics and finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist asset valuation, cash-flow projection, and financial analysis for development opportunities and asset acquisitions.
• Build and refine financial models including deal-level and waterfall IRR analyses.
• Support underwriting, investor, and lender packages for development or acquisitions.
• Conduct market research on demographics, markets, and submarkets for new acquisitions and investments.
