Job description

We are one of Florida’s top-performing Real Estate Investment Firms, and we’re expanding our acquisitions team! We're looking for a motivated and sharp Acquisition Specialist — someone who knows how to build trust, close deals, and drive revenue.

This position offers serious growth potential. You’ll start by mastering the art of acquisitions and have the opportunity to take full ownership of the purchasing pipeline that fuels our investment team.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with inbound leads daily (provided to you)
  • Build rapport with sellers, handle objections, and negotiate win-win deals
  • Follow up consistently and systematically via phone, text, and email
  • Manage your pipeline and tasks through our CRM — accountability is key
  • Lock up contracts with motivated sellers
  • Represent our company’s values and high-performance culture on every call
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to close deals
  • Comfortable handling sales conversations and overcoming objections
  • Confident and professional on the phone — not afraid to ask for the close
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (or tech-savvy enough to learn fast)
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and a true team player
  • Someone who treats sales like a profession, not a side gig
  • Independent but loves being part of a winning team
  • Financially motivated — eager to grow both income and skills
  • Loves talking to people, solving problems, and closing deals

Compensation: $8–$10 per hour + Performance-Based Commission. Uncapped income potential for top performers.
