Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in acquisitions, investment, or asset management.
• Experience in BTR, multifamily, or SFR sectors preferred.
• Proven real estate experience in the Carolinas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess land and property acquisition opportunities.
• Lead underwriting and project budget maintenance.
