Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process using Yardi.
• Process vendor invoices, verify documentation, and ensure accurate coding and allocation to GL accounts.
• Utilize BillPayExpress for invoice processing, approval workflows, and vendor payments.
• Review invoices for accuracy, duplicates, appropriate approvals, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, outstanding payments, discrepancies, and required documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor onboarding and credentialing processes.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and follow up on pending invoices and approvals.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with property managers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients, vendors, and stakeholders via calls and emails.
