Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable or accounting support.
• Experience in real estate or property management preferred.
• Familiarity with 1099 processing and vendor reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and online banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and keep vendor data updated.
• Process invoices and monitor approval workflows.
• Prepare payable reports and set up payments.
• Assist with year-end reporting and 1099s.
• Coordinate with project teams and maintain records.
