Job summary

Gallagher & Mohan in the United States is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong Yardi experience to own the resident revenue cycle for a defined group of US properties. You will set up new leases, apply daily cash, and maintain accurate tenant ledgers across multiple sites.

This hands-on role requires managing delinquency and deposit accounting, completing monthly GPR and accruals, reconciling AR to the GL, and producing reporting for audits and lenders, all while collaborating

Qualifications

• US real estate property management accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with AR processes including cash application, delinquency, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Own resident revenue cycle from move-in to move-out for assigned US properties.
• Set up leases in Yardi, apply daily cash, and keep tenant ledgers accurate.
• Manage delinquency, deposits, and AR reporting.
• Perform monthly GPR, accruals, and AR reconciliation to support financial statements.
• Collaborate with US site teams and property management.
• Distribute delinquency, move-in/move-out, and receivable reporting.
• Assist audit, owner, and lender requests with ledgers.
• Train junior AR staff on setup, cash application, and corrections.
