Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accounting operations for a NYC real estate portfolio. The role involves reviewing invoices, coding charges, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of accounts payable experience, with preference for real estate accounting background. This is a full-time on-site position supporting month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Real estate accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process invoices
• Manage vendor accounts and payment schedules
• Reconcile AP ledger and vendor statements
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Process checks, ACH, and wire payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
