• Supervise and develop staff, review work papers for accuracy and disclosures, and direct engagements.
• Coordinate engagement phases, assign tasks, and manage time budgets with managers/principals.
• Lead all aspects of audits, reviews, returns, and compilations for real estate and LIHTC clients.
• Review financial statements, notes, schedules and tax returns; discuss matters with clients.
• Lead client meetings, assist with monthly billings, and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with laws and SVA policies.
• Support mentor relationships, provide guidance to interns and staff, and contribute to ongoing professional development.
