Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in public accounting; LIHTC experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct larger, more complex assurance and tax engagements for housing and real estate clients.
• Lead and develop junior staff; review work papers for accuracy and disclosures.
• Coordinate engagement phases, staffing, planning, and client meetings.
• Review financial statements and tax returns; ensure proper presentation and disclosures.
• Maintain client relations and monitor billing during engagements.
• Commit to 55 hours/week in busy season and 40–45 hours/week in non-busy season.
