Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• You must be a junior at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain REIT books and records in Yardi per US GAAP.
• Assist in monthly close and preparation of reports.
• Support external audit processes during quarterly reviews.
• Assist with annual real estate tax reconciliations and CAM.
