Z Asset Management Corp in Florida is seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our team. You will work closely with ownership, managers and the bookkeeping department to maintain accurate financial records for our commercial properties.

Responsibilities include recording and verifying transactions, producing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, and ensuring GAAP compliance and timely tax filings. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
• Experience using Rent Manager or similar software preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. In this lead role, you will work closely with ownership, managers and the bookkeeping department. Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Reports ( Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss ). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
