Job summary

JobSquad Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Reagents Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily reagent production and warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated environment. You will lead a manufacturing team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and partner with Quality, Planning, and Operations to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing supervisory leadership experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP and quality requirements.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop manufacturing employees.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reagent manufacturing and warehousing operations to ensure GMP compliance.
• Provide leadership and a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, communicate, and execute production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production performance with metrics on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and costs.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Planning, and Warehouse to meet customer needs.
• Train and develop manufacturing employees on procedures, safety, and GMP practices.
• Maintain proper training and adherence to work instructions.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
