Job summary

GRN West Palm Beach, Minnesota location, seeks a Director of Reagent Manufacturing Operations to lead the manufacture and delivery of Immunoassays. The role provides strategic and tactical leadership for the Reagent value stream, driving safety, quality, and productivity objectives across global teams.

Requirements include 5+ years managing complex manufacturing teams in FDA/ISO-regulated environments and advanced degrees.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years’ experience or Master’s/Doctoral with 10+ years’ experience.
5+ years’ experience managing complex manufacturing teams in FDA/ISO-regulated industry.
Proficiency in Lean, DBS, or Six Sigma culture and tools.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the Reagent value stream to deliver products on time while meeting safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and operational P&L.
Generate budgets and control expenses related to labor, controllable expenses, and manufacturing variances.
Hire, develop, and retain talent supporting site goals and customers’ expectations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure material, quality systems, and technical support are available when needed.
