Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Lab Assistant to join the reagent operations team in Chaska, MN. You will assist with formulation, filling, testing, and troubleshooting reagent components and instruments, and perform solution tests (pH, conductivity, density) to ensure production specifications.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field and at least 3 months lab experience, with the ability to follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• At least 3 months laboratory experience (academic experience acceptable).
• Ability to articulate previous experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and FDA requirements in manufacturing.
• Independently execute formulation, filling, testing, and packaging of reagents.
• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot reagent components and instruments.
• Conduct testing on solutions including pH, conductivity and density to meet specifications.
