Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Dispatcher to coordinate concrete deliveries, optimize fleet usage, and support safe operations.

You will act as a communication link among customers, drivers, plant staff, sales, and management to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adapting to changing schedules. Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer focus are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with Command Alkon and order processing systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate ready-mix deliveries for timely service.
• Balance fleet utilization while maintaining customer service standards.
• Communicate with drivers, plant personnel, sales, and operations.
• Monitor production schedules and delivery routes.
• Adapt to changing site conditions and requests.
• Work OT and varied shifts as needed.
