Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, seeks a Ready-Mix Dispatcher for IMC Mountain Home, ID. The role coordinates deliveries of ready-mixed concrete to customer sites, optimizes fleet use, and supports safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will serve as a communication hub among customers, drivers, plant personnel, sales, and operations management to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Strong organization and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior related dispatching/logistics, customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with ready-mixed concrete or construction materials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ready-mixed concrete deliveries to customer job sites.
• Maximize fleet utilization and maintain customer service standards.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, plant personnel, sales, and operations management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor production schedules, delivery routes, and fleet availability.
