Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to customer sites and to maximize fleet utilization. You will serve as a crucial link between customers, drivers, plant personnel, sales, and operations to ensure timely, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete or construction industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ready-mix concrete deliveries to customer job sites.
• Maintain fleet utilization and support safe, efficient operations.
• Serve as communication link between customers, drivers, plant personnel, sales and operations management.
• Monitor production schedules, delivery routes and fleet availability.
• Respond to changing job site conditions and customer requests.
• Work overtime and varying shifts including early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays.
