Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to customer job sites while maximizing fleet utilization and maintaining high customer service standards.

The role acts as the communication hub among customers, drivers, plant personnel, sales reps, and operations management. Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, trucking, or construction industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ready-mix concrete deliveries to customer job sites.
• Maximize fleet utilization and maintain customer service standards.
• Serve as communication link between customers, drivers, plant personnel, sales reps, and operations management.
• Monitor production schedules, delivery routes, and fleet availability.
• Adjust plans for changing job site conditions and operational needs.
• Work overtime and varying shifts including early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays.
