Job summary

HRM Concrete is seeking a Ready Mix Loader Operator in Northeast Louisiana (Monroe area) to operate front-end loaders, load aggregate materials, and support concrete production.

You will perform pre- and post-operation inspections, maintain records, coordinate with plant personnel, and adhere to safety policies. Valid driver’s license and ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of concrete production and aggregate materials is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load aggregate materials into ready mix trucks.
• Ensure proper quantities of materials are loaded according to batch plant specifications.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and inventory levels.
• Communicate with plant personnel and drivers to coordinate loading schedules.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist with other plant operations as needed.
