Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative - Ready Mix Concrete Sales to grow our concrete sales in the Metro West & Worcester Markets. You will identify opportunities with existing and new customers and bring solutions to job sites.

The role focuses on building relationships, presenting products, and delivering on sales targets within a defined territory in Massachusetts. A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience are preferred, with health and retirement benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Marketing.
• Required Work Experience: 1-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Expand concrete sales in the Metro West & Worcester Markets by identifying opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Plan and schedule visits to existing accounts in territory; suggest products and maintain accounts.
• Prepare action plans and follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Attend meetings and develop sales materials with marketing for regional events.
• Address customer service inquiries and resolve client concerns.
