Job summary

Gerhold Concrete Company, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver in Blair, NE to transport concrete from plant to job sites in a safe, timely manner.

The role requires a Class A or B CDL, a valid DOT medical card, and compliance with DOT regulations. You will perform pre-trip inspections, load checks, and basic maintenance, while supporting safety and efficiency on every delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B preferred/required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Comply with DOT requirements and licensing.
• Operate truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and complete checks.
• Make safe operating adjustments to equipment and materials.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and basic maintenance.
• Follow instructions and complete required paperwork.
