Job summary

Gerhold Concrete Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to transport freshly mixed concrete from the plant to job sites across Nebraska. You will perform safe loading, maintain your mixer and equipment, and follow DOT regulations and site directions.

Requirements include a Class A or B CDL, a valid Medical Card, ability to read maps and GPS data, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class A or B CDL and Medical Card required.
• DOT safety requirements knowledge required.
• Experience in ready-mixed trucks preferred.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete from the plant to job sites safely.
• Inspect truck and complete the Driver Check-off Sheet.
• Back truck under batching plant to receive concrete.
• Perform basic truck maintenance and keep the mixer clean.
• Follow safety procedures and DOT rules.
