Job summary

Gerhold Concrete Company, Inc. is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver/Delivery to transport freshly mixed concrete from the plant to job sites in Nebraska. You will perform safe driving, pre-trip inspections, and assist with basic truck maintenance. CDL required, Medical Card, and compliance with DOT regulations are essential.

The role involves night/weekend work as needed, adherence to safety policies, and teamwork with plant and site personnel to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ready-mixed trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all DOT requirements including licensing, inspection, and hours of service.
• Operate truck safely on highways, yards, and job sites to deliver materials.
• Inspect truck at start of shift and complete Driver Check-off Sheet.
• Maneuver truck to delivery location and receive concrete at batching plant or hopper.
