Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to safely and timely deliver concrete to a variety of projects and customers. You’ll operate modern equipment in both industrial and residential settings, often working independently while knowing our team has your back.

We offer competitive pay starting at $21.50/hr (Based on Experience), a $1500 sign-on bonus, opportunities to train, mentor, and advance, and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
